In one of the many bass tournaments I fished with my father in law over the years this one on Wilson Pond was another that stuck out as memorable. We ended up catching (by accident) a large snapping turtle that didn't want to get off the hook. My father in law also caught a 15 pound pike. Not knowing there were pike in this water we thought we had a giant bass, but no such luck. We ended up getting first place with 23 pounds. It was one of many days I was lucky enough to fish with him. We still share the stories of our days on the water and the great memories made.
