So after 7 long years hunting with a bow I finally got it done today it was a nice morning sit in my stand at 5:20 am waiting for 6:10 am for first light to shoot at 5:55am he entered the field to my right cane in under a apple tree at 12 yards but I didn’t have a clear shot so I waited him out then about 35 minutes later he was broadside at 20 yards so I drew back and fired but my new camo jacket sleeve hit the string and my arrow flew over his back him jumped a couple of times then stopped again at 40 yards so I re loaded with another arrow and let it fly hit him a little high in the back and broke his back as he was flopping around in the field trying to get away I walked up and took my hunting knife out and slit his throat to put him out of his misery cause I didn’t want to use another arrow I was so pumped to finally cure my 7 year curse, now I have the itch to do it again.  :)
