I used a rabbit call a few years ago and called in a female bobcat and killed it. Next day did same thing and called in the male. I had both mounted but can't find the pics. Probably 35 lbs on female and 25 on male. These TX bobcats are nowhere's near the size of the harsh winter Maine cats.
35 lbs is a very good size. Are they plentiful in Texas? I know that the Westin cats many times bring a higher price than Maine cats because they're better spotted.

Can't find the photos when I killed them. Had the pair mounted though, will take pics on wall and submit later.
