Brought a buddy out turkey hunting I brought my call and a video camera was a good morning he shoo his biggest bird 24lb

I have passed up on a lot of does this season hoping to see horns, tonight I had 8 does come in and I still have 2 bonus tags so I let a arrow fly, she didn’t got 2 steps and dropped dead 

2nd biggest tom  crawled being my strutting jake decoy he came in ready for a fight you can just say the 12 ga won that battle

Buddy and I got into some really nice fish we landed 10 trout in a single morning from 6-30-11 ran out of 3 dozen bait and packed it up

Last year I introduced a good friend of mine to hunting I brought him turkey hunting let him use my 12ga and 3 hours into his first time hunting he shoot this first bird was a Jake this year I set a goal for him to get 2 birds over 20lbs. Opening morning I brought him out we doubled up on a 20lb bird and a 18 lb bird. I let him shoot the bigger to then later in the season managed to get him a bigger bird in the snow all on video 

3rd day hunting season my uncle dad and i took the day off "not expecting I would have been tagged put so early. I when on a walk threw this small strip woods tick elders i heard pow pow and i lookes up and said my uncle dont miss much that excited walked out saw him looking for blood we found a pile we starred follow and my dad yelled out dont waist your time it right there he saw the belly 

First velvet buck for me opening night of expanded seoson we had a hurricane coming up the coast i braved it out and at 6pm the wind lighten up for a little bit he came walking out gave me a 8 yard shoot not my biggest but definitely a buck ill remember 

Opening morning i heard my dad shoot and then i got a text i just missed a buck. I texted back angry be ready im going on a hike a i came to tjis clear cut my phpne rang as i picked up up and looked up and said hello I looked to my right there he was stranding in some Christmas trees looking right at me all i saw was his rack and face i aimed right at hos four head and missed i lead where he was running and as he leeped between two big oaks i took my shoot didnt have no blood searched and searched  then i gave up came back next morning looking for a a place move my stand and i stumbled into him curled up under some Christmas trees no blood but i saw that white belly 

So I’m start this story with a little back story from this summer I got in a pretty bad motorcycle accident sold girl blew a stop sign as I was going threw stop sign I shattered my foot I was in the hospital talking to my doctor telling him how I still planned on to shoot a deer this year even with a broke foot the first day of expanded archery season came. I had my hard cast I figured out a way to use my climbing tree stand with a top of the side of my bad foot I could pull the rope up and lift my left foot and pull the top on the right I saw 8 deer my first night in tree and couldn’t get my self too shoot a doe with her baby’s first hey where still in spots, day three of expanded came I go to a foot appointment get in a walking boot straight from the doctors to a tree stand I had been able to get to in months being in crutches  and pretty fare in the Woods’s I pushed my self the extra troop and made in in the tree stand at 4:45 at 5:16 I got a text saying it’s about that time of night I texted back joking saying it not deer:30 yet at that time I I heard cracking be hind me and said I gtg I heard something. I had 2 good doe come in be hind me circle around me, on the bad side because I had my broken foot still I didn’t plan on having to stand up and turn but they came in on the side I had to turn to shoot, as they when behide some furs I turned and set down on my run rest and they both came out giving me a perfect 30 yard shoot I hit her a little
