Perfect night in the woods, with the snow falling but no wind to speak of. Tried the bleat call 10 minutes before legal was over. This guy seemed to just appear right in my best shooting lane. First nice buck on my own land

20 1/2 lbs, 9 1/2" beard, 3/4 and 7/8 white "ivory" Spurs. Taken while reaping with a Jake fan and 12ga 3.5" federal 3rd degree @ 50 yards. Harvested on my birthday in Belfast Maine.

8" beard. 7/8 left and 1/2 broken right spur. Called over a rock wall along with 6 Jakes, into a field where I was hiding behind a fan. Only turkey I harvested in 2019, had 2 misses and a few failed reaping attempts. Hoping to get some redemption in spring 2020.

Saw this guy on the Saturday before my vacation chasing a doe. Saw him again on Monday about 10 minutes behind her. Had a good shot, dropped in his tracks with a 30-06 rifle. Beautiful 158 pound 8 pointer.
