Island hunting in blue hill bay where I grew up! 2nd time sitting in a stand that's been there for years and I saw 2 deer in different parts of the field. No shots. Then I heard some noise to my left! I then saw a fawn and doe. They were feeding on a trail and going to head behind my stand so I found a lane and drew the doe got to the spot and I shot! I smoked it but was little low an back. Found blood and some guts then it was blood off and on then there was foam spit from the deer. We found it on the beach.
