I once knocked a wood duck off a log all the from the side of Jackson road to the other side of of Marsh Stream towards Aaron Mitchell’s house. It was his grandmother, Ida Mitchell’s, house at the time. That was good 70 or 80 yds. And it was a 20 gauge but probably with lead shot at that time. Way too far but it got the job done.
